By registering an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and AI-generated outputs provided through the Services are owned by Nexopora or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
User Content and AI Outputs
You retain ownership of input data you submit to the Services. Outputs generated by our AI models are licensed to you for lawful use, subject to applicable laws and restrictions. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights. Nexopora is not liable for the accuracy, safety, or legality of AI-generated outputs, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying their use.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the Services to violate laws or regulations (e.g., spamming, phishing, malware distribution)
- Automating access (e.g., scraping, bots) without express written permission
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using the Services for high-risk decision-making (e.g., medical diagnosis, financial advice, legal counsel) without independent verification
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexopora and its affiliates disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding six months, or $0 if you are a free user.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and you must cease all use of AI-generated outputs in accordance with Section 5.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
Changes to These Terms
